The Document Repository application is the central storage facility for all integrity-related documents within the ROAIMS environment. Allowing operators to assign any type of document – from a CAD drawing to a fitness-for-purpose report – to specific assets, the Document Repository module ensures immediate access to files, thus greatly facilitating implementation of each step of the integrity management program. The Document Repository connects to different sources thereby enabling easy integration of files and documents from file servers or even document management systems. A customizable classification system as well as comprehensive filtering and sorting functionalities ensure fast and easy access to any type of information.
