ROSEN modularity

ROSEN give customers the option to build their own individual tool in accordance with their needs. The ROSEN metal loss mapping central element is equipped with multiple spring-supported magnet units to achieve the required magnetization level in both straight pipes and bends. The base model also includes ROSEN’s own fully digital operating sensor, an odometer unit measuring distance and velocity, and an on-board computer which processes and stores all recorded pipeline data. This basic tool can be combined with a range of specialist measurement devices thus providing a truly flexible inspection solution.

ROSEN Combined MFL/Ultrasonic Corrosion Detection Tool (RoCorr·UT)

RoCorr·UT tools combine the latest generation of MFL technology and state-of-the-art ultrasound technology. Development of the tool started in spring 2006 and the first run was completed successfully in November 2006. RoCorr·UT will be available shortly in all sizes.
