ROSEN signs contract with Shell U.K. Limited

On January 11, 2005, Shell U.K. Limited and Rosen Europe BV signed a contract for pipeline inspection services in the UK. The contract comprises proving, cleaning, XYZ mapping and high resolution metal loss inspection services on the North West Ethylene Pipeline from Grangemouth to Stanlow. The system comprises of 4 sections, totalling 412 km, carrying high pressure ethylene from Scotland to NW England. Part of the selection criteria by Shell has been the successful completion of intelligent pig runs by Rosen in this pipeline since commissioning. Commencement of the first survey is planned for March 2005.
