Based on RoPlasthan^® high-performance polyurethane elastomers, the discs and cups have a

• 10 to15 % higher tensile strength and tear resistance and
• 30 to 50 % less abrasion loss over the entire shore hardness range

compared to commonly used disc- and cup-polyurethanes.

Besides standard RoPlasthan^® materials for oil and gas pipelines covering temperatures ranging from -40 to 80 °C, special RoPlasthan^® grades for chemical, hydrolytic, ATEX and high-temperature requirements are available.
